Undergraduate Student Inquiries
Current undergraduate students, please contact us using this UCLA Message Center link for questions not addressed on our website. Non-UCLA students, please contact us using this UCLA Message Center link for questions regarding undergraduate matters that are not addressed on our website. Please note: Due to the high number of messages during the health crisis, allow up to 5-7 business days for a response. Please DO NOT start multiple cases for the same issue in hopes of expediting a response – it will only delay us further.

Email will no longer be used to answer undergraduate student questions. Please use one of the links above to communicate. For the topic of your message please choose one of the “Academic Advising: Statistics” options that appear in the drop-down menu.

Additionally, on a limited trial basis, we will be offering quick Zoom appointments (video or voice only) with the Undergraduate Student Advisor. Five (5) 15-minute appointment slots will be available for booking on Wednesdays between 8:45AM and 9:45AM. Reservations will be open for a week immediately preceding the meeting day: 5PM Wednesday through 3PM Tuesday. Students must request an appointment via this link. (IMPORTANT: You must be logged in to your account to access the appointment request form.) Please note that successful submission of an appointment request is NOT a confirmation of the appointment. The Advisor will reach out via email to officially confirm.

These temporary measures will be reassessed as the pandemic situation progresses.
